Who we are
Kenney Construction is a locally owned general contractor based in Herndon, Virginia, founded in 2019 by Frank Kenney. Frank has been in construction since age 14 and is also a real-estate agent, investor and home flipper. Kenney Construction is licensed, insured and bonded, VA DPOR #2705187519.
Roofing Roughnecks is Kenney Construction's roofing division, covering roof replacement, roof repair, storm and insurance-related roofing, and window replacement. It holds CertainTeed Master Craftsman credentials, Roofing Contractor and Shingle Quality Specialist, earned September 2026.

Why a Chantilly site?
Chantilly homeowners have specific questions: which county they're in, how HOA review works, what to do about solar panels on the roof. A local site lets us answer those directly. We serve Chantilly from Herndon; we don't have a Chantilly office, and we don't show photos from other cities as if they were local.
